Full License  

If you want to obtain a full license straight away you need to undertake a course of training. You still need a CBT.

Only specially qualified instructors working within an approved scheme may conduct the training. Ace instructors conform to the rules issued by The driving standards agency.

At Ace communication with students is maintained throughout.

As from April 2009 this has changed to a two modular test.

Module One
This consists of ten set excercise some at slow speed and at least two at a minimun speed of 50kpm, all this can be practiced at one of our three dedicated private sites using our speed guns and equipment, this has enabled us to already gain one of the highest pass rates nationally.

Module Two
This consists of approximately 30 minutes on road riding in various traffic conditions I.E. round town, countryside and dual carridge way, both module tests are conducted by the DSA at one of two multi purpose test centres in the north east.

A good idea for complete beginners is to do CBT and thereby get an accurate assessment of their training needs before committing themselves to paying for any further training.
